An educational graphic titled "KEEP YOUR HANDS CLEAN" from the Virginia Department of Health. The central image features two brown-skinned cartoon hands: The left hand has a brown smudge of dirt on the palm. The right hand appears clean to the naked eye, but a magnifying glass held over the palm reveals various colorful, microscopic cartoon germs and bacteria. The footer includes the website vdh.virginia.gov and the Virginia Department of Health (VDH) logo.
