As the school year gets underway, busy schedules, new routines, and added responsibilities can make it especially important to care for our mental health.
Making time to rest, connect with others, move your body, enjoy activities you love, and ask for support when you need it can make a meaningful difference. Small moments of care can help students, staff, and families manage stress and support their overall wellbeing. 💚
Remember, taking care of your mental health is an important part of taking care of yourself!
