Dear Parents and Guardians of Rising 7th Graders for SY 22-23,
Please view the information and letter from the Virginia Department of Health regarding the risks associated with Human papillomavirus (HPV) for both boys and girls. After reviewing this information you can then decide if the shot is right for your child to receive at this time. HPV is the only optional shot as the other two listed are mandatory to enter 7th grade. If you have any questions please reach out to the Middle School.
