This is a community service opportunity with the American Red Cross. On May 9th we will have a blood drive. If you are 17 years or older, you can sign up to give blood without parental consent. If you are 16 years old you can give blood with parent consent. The permission slip needs to be submitted to NHS Guidance office before you can sign up. Attached below is the consent form. You can get five community service hours for donating.
