Dear Parents and Guardians,


This letter is one of several that we will be sending in the next few weeks regarding the
reopening of our schools. We have been busy working on how to reopen schools while
maintaining a high priority on student and staff safety. During this ever-changing pandemic, we
plan to provide regular updates on reopening details as they become available.

As much as possible, we are working towards the goal of reopening our school buildings for in-
person instruction after this recent brief closure. I want to thank our students and families, our

teachers, principals, and school staff for their efforts toward ensuring a safe and smooth
reopening. I know it has not been easy, but education is critical to our children’s future, and it
is why we continue to do everything in our power to keep our schools and community thriving.
With support from all corners of Northampton County, we are currently planning to bring
students back as follows:
