Northampton County Public Schools is inviting qualified vendors to submit fixed-price bids for providing USDA-compliant, shelf-stable meal packages for students during out-of-school summer periods. Bids are due by February 17, 2026.

NCPS will use a Best Value evaluation method, considering not only price but also quality, reliability, regulatory compliance, and overall service.
