Welcome to Kiptopeke Elementary School!

I am proud to return to Kiptopeke Elementary School as your principal, Dr. R. Yorko. For the past 22 years, I have had the privilege of serving the Northampton County Public Schools community as a teacher, assistant principal, and principal. Throughout my career, one belief has remained at the heart of everything I do: I believe in every child. I believe every student has unique strengths, incredible potential, and the ability to achieve great things when surrounded by people who believe in them.

I also believe deeply in Kiptopeke Elementary School and in the incredible people who make our school special—our students, staff, parents, and community. Together, we are more than a school; we are a family committed to helping every child learn, grow, and thrive.

As we begin another exciting school year, I look forward to building on our successes, celebrating our accomplishments, embracing new opportunities, and continuing to create a school where every child feels known, valued, supported, and inspired. With our collective commitment, energy, and belief in one another, there is no limit to what we can accomplish.
