Mission Statement:

 

Our mission is to provide a safe, clean, attractive and healthy environment for our students, staff and parents that is conducive to a positive and effective learning environment.  We will provide this environment by continuously improving the quality and value of all services by generating a professional and positive atmosphere of dedication, teamwork and self pride. Each individual is held to a high standard and takes great honor in delivering an excellent level of service to all NCPS facilities.  All employees strive to gain good will for NCPS.

 

The NCPS Operations Department consists of 3 key areas:

  • Facilities-Maintenance-Custodial
  • Transportation
  • Food Service.
