Attention all retired and working professionals, tradesmen, artists, and craftsmen of Northampton County. 

Northampton High School has successfully launched a Career Mentor program for the 2016-17 school year. Volunteer as a guest lecturer at our Eastville, Virginia campus. Your help is needed to develop an awareness of business and career opportunities. Feel personal satisfaction by contributing to a higher percentage of successful graduates and increase knowledge of the relationship between school and work. Follow the prompts below to sign up and help develop responsible future employees.

ACCESS Advisors are available in high schools throughout South Hampton Roads and Northampton County to provide a wide variety of college advising services. Services include choosing colleges that fit your proposed major or interests, assistance registering for the SAT and/or ACT, guidance through the college application processes and help through the financial aid process, including FAFSA forms. ACCESS further assists low income students by paying SAT, ACT, and college application fees.  Each year more than 12,000 11th and 12th grade students receive college advising services and nearly 4,000 of these 12th graders are assisted with finding funding for college, leveraging more than $45 million in financial aid. Contact your Northampton County ACCESS Advisor, Ms. Devin Allen at dallen@accesscollege.org or Ext. 4112 or Visit http://www.accesscollege.org/ for more information.
